  • Visa processing times may vary and are determined by the embassy. SKYBEE has no authority over the visa application process.
  • It is your responsibility to follow visa terms and stay on time. Any overstay penalties are solely the applicant's responsibility.
  • The applicant's passport must have at least six (6) months' validity before applying for a visa.
  • SKYBEE cannot be held accountable for any issues arising from visa refusal or rejection.
  • Emergency modifications or cancellations may incur extra charges.
  • SKYBEE is not liable for losses or damages due to visa denials, travel plan changes, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • For individual submissions, SKYBEE only handles paperwork. Applicants must attend embassy interviews independently if required.

List of Documents Needed

Documents Needed for Job Holders

  1. A passport valid for at least six (6) months, along with the old passport (if applicable).
  2. Two recent photographs taken within the last 3 months (white background, photo size 35 mm x 45 mm, mat paper).
  3. Bank statement for the last six months with a bank solvency certificate (minimum balance BDT 60,000 for each applicant and BDT 200,000 for family applications).
  4. Visiting card.
  5. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer mentioning travel dates, which should fall within a 30-day period.
  6. Copy of official organization ID card.
  7. Occupational verification document (BMDC certificate for doctors, BAR Council / BAP Association Certificate for advocates).

Documents Needed for Business Owners

  1. A passport valid for at least six (6) months, along with the old passport (if applicable).
  2. Two recent photographs taken within the last 3 months (white background, photo size 35 mm x 45 mm, mat paper).
  3. Bank statement for the last six months with a bank solvency certificate (minimum balance BDT 60,000 for each applicant and BDT 200,000 for family applications).
  4. Copy of public notarized & updated trade license (If in Bangla, requires English translation and submit both versions).
  5. Memorandum for Limited Company.
  6. Blank page of the business pad.
  7. Visiting card.

Documents Needed for Students

  1. A passport valid for at least six (6) months, along with the old passport (if applicable).
  2. Two recent photographs taken within the last 3 months (white background, photo size 35 mm x 45 mm, mat paper).
  3. Bank statement for the last six months with a bank solvency certificate (minimum balance BDT 60,000 for each applicant and BDT 200,000 for family applications).
  4. Copy of student ID card (If in Bangla, requires English translation and submit both versions).
  5. Birth certificate (for children and infants).
  6. Parents / Guardian's bank statement with solvency certificate and supporting documents (Passport/NOC copy, Visiting card, Trade license if business owner).

Documents Needed for Other Situations

  1. A passport valid for at least six (6) months, along with the old passport (if applicable).
  2. Two recent photographs taken within the last 3 months (white background, photo size 35 mm x 45 mm, mat paper).
  3. Bank statement for the last six months with a bank solvency certificate (minimum balance BDT 60,000 for each applicant and BDT 200,000 for family applications).
  4. Marriage certificate or Nikahname copy if not mention spouse name in passport (If in Bangla, requires English translation and submit both versions).
